Outside glass, washed with reverse-osmosis water. One window is one frame, up to 3 panes. Sliding glass doors and picture windows over 6 ft count as 2.

Inside + Out
The exterior wash, plus interior glass detailed by hand. Choose this instead of Exterior only when you want us inside.

Bug screens
Bug screens come out, get cleaned, and go back in the right opening.

Sun screens
Sun screens are their own add-on, not folded into a bug-screen count.

Track & sill detail
Track and sill detail on the windows you want opened up, so the channel is not left full of dust.

How a package is built
We do not publish a single rate. One window is one frame, up to 3 panes. A casita and a two-story are different jobs. Jaden counts, then prices the visit and any add-ons you want.

Exterior plus interior glass, one visit, one quote.
Add-ons, only if you ask: Bug screens · Sun screens · Track & sill detail · Hard-water windows · Gutter cleaning · Garage door wash · Front door / entry glass.

Do you come inside?
Only if you choose Inside + Out. Exterior only is the usual visit. We move through the house like guests.
Why reverse osmosis?
Valley tap water is hard. It dries into mineral spots the moment the sun hits it. Reverse osmosis pulls those minerals out, so the glass can dry spotless.
How do you price?
By the window count and the visit: Exterior only or Inside + Out. Add-ons are extra. A casita and a two-story are not the same job, so we do not pretend there is one flat rate.
How far do you drive?
We are headquartered in East Mesa and cover Phoenix plus a 50-mile radius. If you are on the edge, send the city — Jaden will say yes or no straight.
Who shows up?
Jaden leads sales and the work. It is a father-and-son shop. You will know who you hired.
Do you do commercial glass?
Yes. Storefronts and offices, quoted the same way: windows, access, and how often you want us back.
